Universal Coating Technology is now offering zinc phosphate conversion coatings. Our barrel immersion line is one of the largest in West Michigan. With our many options of barrels and baskets, we can process parts of all different shapes and sizes.

Zinc Phosphate coatings are typically used as a base for paint/coatings, corrosion protection or break-in lubrication. We currently apply a microcrystalline calcium-modified zinc phosphate in the ranges of 400-900 mg/ft2. With oil application, 96-hour salt spray results are easily obtainable.
